Outdoor training by Youth League Committee of Youhua Group

On 13th May, 2017, it is the high temperature of 34 Centigrade degree. An outdoor training with the theme "Team training, self challenge" was carried out as scheduled by the organization of Youth League Committee and Human Resource Center.

At 8 in the morning, in the Chinese international city fountain square to participate in training of young workers began to reach the assembly site, 8:30, all personnel to the uniform when the departure, to the training site.

With warm sunshine of morning, everyone came to the training site with fun.

    Before the formal training, everyone came into a rigorous state by a 10-minute military training. Everyone quickly integrated into the team from the casual and undisciplined state.

Then there was the icebreaking training inside the house. This training passed all training core ideas and goals on to everyone, and soon they broke the barriers between each other and quickly had the team concept. About how to position yourself in a team, how to determine the goals of the team, how to complete the objectives and tasks beyond the expectation, how to develop new innovative thinking, how to play the greatest potential of team etc, ideas slowly began to penetrate into the heart of every participant, and then everyone began the formal training with these problems.

Time passed quickly, and soon it is near noon. At this time the temperature gradually increased, soon reached 34 Centigrade degree, but the training made everyone be full of passion, and they devoted themselves into the training and did not perceive the change of the surrounding environment. It was already about 2 p.m. when the first item of this training ended (crossing the grid), but they didn’t care about the hot weather, the hungry body, only to complete the task successfully with the team.

After the only one hour’s rest time (including meal time), our young challengers started another training projects of more difficulty and challenge in the afternoon when the sun is increasingly strong. Also everyone paid more attention to feeling, experience and share after completing the training projects.

At 6 p.m., faced with continuous high temperature, hunger, physical exertion etc. difficult conditions, our team came to the ultimate challenge called graduation wall. With 4.1 meters’ high wall, no auxiliary rock climbing equipment, all team members had to cross the wall within 20 minutes. It seemed an impossible task for us, but we were a team with dream and high spirit. We gathered together to complete the challenging project in 18 minutes by lifting and pulling. When someone acted as human pier self courageously, when someone pulled the team members and lifted them up actively, when all the people stretched out their hands to protect others, and then all difficult challenges was no longer difficult, all impossibilities became so simple. In this challenging project, everyone made hard efforts with their work, sweat, and even some people left their moving tears.

After a day’s physical training, the psychological development training at night sublimated the extraordinary day we experienced. At the beginning we were strangers, but at night we soulfully hugged each other with tears, and thanked each other for a day’s accompanying, mutual help, a feeling of real team.

At 9:30 pm, a full day’s development training was finally ended. In the process, no one made an exit because of the hot day, and no one gave up because of hunger, and no one escaped from the challenges because of his fear or limited ability. Everyone was only passionate for the challenges, only self sacrifice to complete the team tasks, only the determination to persist to the end no matter how hard it was.

By a day’s training, we knew that we were a fearless team, as long as there was a concerted effort, we could complete all challenges. So in the future work, we take this spirit to infect people around, let us all Youhua staff together to overcome all difficulties and complete all challenges. Finally, I wish all staff to remember our slogan "Youhua Sci.&Tech., we’re the best.
