The introduction conference of hydraulic turbine pump

On 9th Dec., 2016, ZGP’s introduction and communication conference & scientific and technological achievements evaluation conference for single-drive hydraulic turbine unit were successfully held at Ziang Jindu International Hotel in Shehong County. 

More than 30 representatives from engineering design institutes, users and product development partners, and several experts from Zhejiang University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Xihua University, Luzhou Vocational and Technical College and the third party evaluation company attended the above conferences respectively. Yang Hongchun, director of Zigong Science and Technology Bureau, and Gong Xinrong, general manager of Zigong Conveying Machine Company, were invited to attend the conferences and watched the operation of this unit.

It was known that the single-drive hydraulic turbine unit was ZGP’s key new product development project in China’s "12th Five-Year", and also it were the sci.&tech. project of provincial Science and Technology Department and the provincial major technical equipment innovation R&D project. The hydraulic turbine unit is a kind of energy recovery device that converted the surplus pressure energy of industrial production into mechanical energy or electric energy. Now the chemical industry in China applied more imported double-drive device, but the single-drive device was obviously better than the double-drive device on energy recovery efficiency, stability and reliability and investment cost etc. and it would become the trend of development. By the cooperation between ZGP and Sichuan Meiqing Company, relying on its transformation of 200 thousand tons/year synthesis ammonia device, and lasting nearly four years and overcoming many difficulties, and finally we achieved the periodic results. According to the unit operation data offered by Meiqing Company, the turbine recovery efficiency was higher than 75%, and about 3 million degree electricity could be recycled and about 1.3 million yuan could be saved per year. The development and application of single-drive hydraulic turbine energy recovery device would have a good industrial prospect in product development direction of ZGP and market demand.

At the conferences, the engineering design institutes and the representatives from ammonia enterprises showed great interest and desire in the popularization and application of our new product, and evaluation experts also gave a high evaluation of this achievement, meanwhile, good suggestions were made to speed up the market development, and the conferences were completely successful.
