Brief introduction

ZY oil pump is a brand new product which is based on the technologies of Y oil pump,it is a updated product of Y series oil pump,which can satisfy the energy saving requirements for customers. ZY(P) oil pump is a derivative product of ZY series,it is added the axial suction structure to adapt system arrangement of petrochemical industry.

■Flow rate：Q= 2.5～600m³/h

■Total head：H=30～330 m

■Speed：n=2950rpm

■Temperature：T=--45～420℃

■Efficiency：η=82%

■Pump diameter：50~250mm

■Conforms to GB3215-92 general technical conditions of chemical and petrochemical process pump in refineries.

■High efficiency hydraulic model for wetted parts increases the pump efficiency by 5~8% compared to Y series oil pump.

■Enlarged bearings improves the reliability of pump.

■High universalization and interchangeability reduces the cost of spare parts.

■Air cooled,fan cooled and water cooled of bearings are optional for different fluid temperatures.

■Top suction structure for ZY oil pump

■Axial suction structure for ZY(P) oil pump

■Both single stage and double stage structure are available

■The updated ZY and ZY(P) oil pump share the same structure and dimension which enable customers to replace the existing pumps with few changes at site.
